Samira Beiki
PhD Student
Samira Beiki is a PhD researcher with a background in physics and nanomaterials. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Shahrood University of Technology, Iran, and her Master’s degree in Physics from Universität Hamburg, Germany, where she focused on the self-assembly of gold nanocubes into supercrystals. During her studies in Germany, she gained experience in nanomaterials, electron microscopy, optical characterization and X-ray technologies, including practical experience with European XFEL at DESY.
Samira is currently a PhD researcher in the PI-SENS team, working on laser-based technologies within the COMET project. Her current work focuses on laser systems, optical measurement,
data analysis, and their application in developing advanced medical devices.
