Visiting PhD Student (October 2025 - March 2026)

After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pisa, Alessandra Lenzi specialized in Bioengineering for cells, tissues, and biotechnologies at the Polytechnic of Milan, earning a Master's Degree in 2022.

Subsequently, she joined the company Copan Group in Brescia, where she worked within the biochemical research and development laboratory. 

Currently, she is enrolled in the doctoral program "The Hadron Academy: Risk and Complexity in high tech medical innovation" at the IUSS university of Pavia, conducting a research project on biosensors for the detection of infectious diseases in collaboration with Copan Group.
